Welcome to Little Budock! The patio doors, high windows and A Frame ceiling make the dining and kitchen area sunny and bright.

If it's too sunny, you have window blinds for the patio doors and electric blinds for the Velux windows.

The open kitchen area has everything you'll need, even a Nespresso coffee machine!

You'll find a shower cubicle, hand basin and WC in the family bathroom.

The Old Sunday School is a lovely character property in Lanteglos Highway, which is only 1.5 miles to the Bodinnick Ferry, linking it to the waterside town of Fowey. Sleeps 4 in 2 bedrooms, and is pet friendly.

The stylish lounge is decorated in light colours, giving it a light and airy feel. Lovely views of the river from the french doors which open out to a Juliette balcony.

The fridge freezer and hob are both new to Portscatho for the 2024 season.

There is plenty of storage space in the master bedroom, plus a vanity unit and views of the Helford River.

The bunk room has two sets of bunks but guests are asked to use only the bottom bunks.
