Demelza 1 is a traditional, homely apartment at Helford Passage. Large grassed garden, perfect for your four-legged friend, and patio with garden furniture and a gas barbecue for you, whilst taking in the stunning views of the Helford River. Private parking for one car and use of an outdoor, heated swimming pool.

What a super view of the Helford River during breakfast or any time of day really!
If you tire of the view, you'll find a Sky box and a DVD player in the living area.
Dual aspect windows make this living and dining area a bright and airy space.
The bed is a 4ft 6 double with space for a travel cot if needed.
Leading off the master bedroom, you'll find an en-suite shower room.
There's a second double bedroom upstairs via the spiral staircase.
The spiral staircase leads from the main floor up to the second bedroom. The steps are quite narrow so may not be suitable for elderly, infirm or very young guests.
The open-plan living, dining and kitchen area has a real feeling of space, light and comfort.
There's an en-suite toilet and basin leading off from the second bedroom.
Great use has been made of the space in the second bedroom including a characterful sloped ceiling with spotlights. There is also a Velux window to the right of the photo.

Trebah Garden is within walking distance - beautiful sub-tropical trees, plants and shrubs. There's a cafe for lunch and also a gift shop for souvenirs to take home.
Make use of our guests' 20% discount voucher to visit the Seal Sanctuary in Gweek and see the wonderful work they do!
The Red Lion in the square at Mawnan Smith for lunches, evening meals and a pint of something Cornish!
Swanpool beach and cafe is a great way to spend the day.
Or there is Gyllynvase Beach in Falmouth for sand, sea, and rock pools.
For a choice of eateries, try Maritime Museum in Falmouth.
A day in Truro is a must! It's our main city and you'll find shops, pubs, restaurants and our beautiful cathedral.
The iconic St MIchael's Mount is forty minutes' away by car. Walk across the causeway at low tide and catch a water ferry when the tide is high.
An hour away is the Eden Project.
